Singular is an enterprise designed to offer well-being to residents. Its biggest differential is the vertical gardens and its location – a privileged area of the Jardim Oceânico- RJ.

The entire visual identity came from the characteristics of the enterprise. While the lines and layout of the neighbourhood were used as the basis for creating the visual identity elements, the brand uses fine typography to show its elegance. As a colour palette, inspiration was sought for the green wall of the building and the Pantone colour of the year of the project’s conception.
