The Hippen logo was created based on a sketch drawn by the entrepreneur himself, who is German and married to a Brazilian woman. He brought recipes of homemade cookies from his childhood directly from his small seaside town where the main attraction was an old lighthouse. A manual and homemade German production that is spreading all over the main cafes in Brasília, making the traditional Brazilian coffee break even sweeter.
